I just finished another really fun project in conjunction with Teresa Karagas… Four matching children’s bedding sets made with denim, accented with red bandanna fabric and all top-stitched like jeans with gold thread. Each set includes a twin size duvet cover, sham and an original design pocket pouch that hangs from the wood bed frame.

Here’s the drawing Teresa sent me…

And here’s the actual finished project… Sooooo cute! (If I do say so myself… it’s one thing to have them laid out on my studio tables and completely another to see them in their new home!)

The overall room - the shams are laying flat on the beds

One set of bunk beds - the shams are laying flat - the top bunk has the pouch at the head of the pillow, the bottom bunk pouch is hanging on the headboard

Here with the sham - the pouch is on the footboard

The pouch straps onto the frame

...and the flap opens/closes - fully lined with the bandanna fabric
